Shipping and delivery within the Netherlands
Our deliveries within the Netherlands are free for purchases of € 50 or more. For purchases under € 50, the shipping costs are € 6.95. Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be presented by us to the carrier the same day, with the exception of Sunday. If you place your order on Sunday, it will be offered on Monday at PostNL.
Shipping and delivery within Belgium
Orders for which the items are in stock will be transferred by deZuurstofshop.nl to the carrier within 24 hours after payment via Bancontact. An exception to this is Sunday, if you place your order on Sunday, it will be offered to the carrier on Monday. As soon as the order has been transferred by us to the carrier, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code with which you can track your order. We prioritize delivering our oxygen concentrators as quickly as possible, which is why we are in daily contact with our carriers. Our aim is to deliver your order to your delivery address within 24 hours.
Shipping and delivery by express delivery
For healthcare institutions there is the option to have your order processed by courier. In consultation with our healthcare institution specialist, it is often possible to proceed with delivery the same day. To discuss the options, we ask you to contact our healthcare institution specialist Piet van Boekel.
Delivery by pick-up
Are you interested in one or more of our products, but would you rather visit our visiting address? This is possible, currently we are only open by appointment due to the Covid-19 virus. If you want to make an appointment, you can reach us by phone or e-mail. We are flexible, so you are welcome when it suits you best.
Worldwide shipping
There is currently a huge demand for oxygen concentrators from India. We take care of orders to India with DHL, the average delivery time is 5-8 days. The costs charged by DHL are € 250,- which we pass on to you 1 on 1 and which are invoiced during the checkout process. In order to realize a smooth transport, we ask you to provide us with as much information as possible; local address, local phone number, local email address.
Pease make sure you give us the correct name of the receiver, this must be the same as in his or her passport. Also we would like to receive a PAN of AADHAR number, this is to make sure the clearance at customs will go smooth. Te receiver also has to do a KYC check at the website of DHL, please make sure that you will do the KYC asap.
